Processing Aids
VANFRE® B60 improves the homogeneity of polymer blends of different polarities or viscosities. Rapid absorbed by polymer matrix as it wet the surfaces which lead to fast incorporation of other compound ingredients. The reductions of compound viscosity assists further processing, especially milling and calendering. VANFRE B60 is best added at the beginning of the mixing cycle to achieve the optimum wetting effect. It also increases green tack of compounds thru synergism with tackifying resins. Due to its light color it can be recommended for colored as well as black compounds. Recommended dosage: 2 to 5 phr .
