A very high melting point, trifunctional sterically hindered primary antioxidant is usable in organic polymers for its high performance. Its low volatility, good color stability, and high extraction resistance make it ideal for use in color-sensitive applications such as polypropylene fiber and high temperature hot melts. This product exhibits a synergistic effect when used in combination with phosphite antioxidants. When used by itself, it is both nonstaining and nondiscoloring.
