METHYL CUMATE® CuDMC Powder Accelerator

Ultra accelerator for high-speed vulcanization of EPDM, IIR, and SBR polymers. Generally used with a thiazole modifier to control scorch rate. Not for use in NR or IR.

SELENAC®, METHYL Accelerator

For SBR, NR, IIR. Also vulcanizing agent. Effective in low-sulfur and sulfur-less heat resistant compounds. Non-discoloring in light compounds. Generally used with thiazoles to balance scorch and curing characteristics.

BISMATE® POWDER Accelerator

NR, IR, BR, SBR accelerator for high-temperature, high-speed vulcanization.

BUTYL EIGHT® Accelerator

Accelerator for room temperature vulcanization of spread solvent cements, calendered and extruded stocks. Accelerated stocks should be used within 8 to 12 hours to prevent precure.

ETHYL TELLURAC® Dustless Accelerator

For NR, SBR, NBR and EPDM. Generally used with thiazole modifiers. Produces vulcanizates with high modulus. Particularly active in IIR compounds.

AMYL ZIMATE® Accelerator

BUTYL ZIMATE® Accelerator

Accelerator for EPDM and synthetic latexes. Functions as non-discoloring antioxidant in non-curing applications and stabilizer in IIR. Also used as an antioxidant in thermoplastic rubbers and hot melts. (ZDBC)

Accelerator for EPDM and synthetic latexes. Functions as non-discoloring antioxidant in non-curing applications and stabilizer in IIR. Also used as an antioxidant in thermoplastic rubbers and hot melts. (ZDBC)

BUTYL ZIMATE® SG Accelerator

Non-blooming accelerator for EPDM and natural and synthetic latexes. Functions as a non-discoloring antioxidant in non-curing applications, and as a stabilizer in IIR. Antioxidant for polyolefins and acts as a heat stabilizer in thermoplastic rubber and hot-melt adhesives. (ZDBC)

ETHYL ZIMATE® Dustless Accelerator

ETHYL ZIMATE Dustless, zinc diethyldithiocarbamate, is used in BR, EPDM, IR, NBR, NR, SBR polymers and their latexes as a fast-curing primary or secondary ultra-accelerator. It can be used advantageoulsy for dipped, spread and cast goods. It is active over a wide temperature range and is normally used with a thiazole modifier for safer processing. It is non-discoloring in light compounds and may also serve as an antioxidant in adhesive systems. It can act as a stabilizer in thermoplastic rubbers and hot melts. It can also be used in place of METHYL ZIMATE Accelerator, but the phr should be increased approximately 10% in order to obtain comparable results.

METHYL ZIMATE Dustless, zinc dimethyldithiocarbamate, is used in BR, EPDM, IR, NBR, NR, SBR polymers and their latexes as a fast-curing primary or secondary ultra-accelerator. It is active over a wide temperature range and is normally used with a thiazole modifier. Often used as a secondary accelerator. In latex, better results are obtained when used in combination with thiazoles accelerators. Also used for rubber coated fabrics, latex products and rubber cement. FDA compliant.
